In March of 2021 I had the opportunity to meet and work with the team of Ultimate Properties, Inc. and Ultimate New Home Sales & Marketing, Inc. when I was shopping for my new home.  Liz Grisamore and Linda Johnson represented the seller of the home in the Pala Mesa Greens development in Fallbrook, California that I ultimately purchased.

During the process, both Linda and Liz did a good job getting me acquainted with the property, the community, and the Home Owner’s Association.

More importantly, Linda Johnson made sure that I had a smooth transition into the new home and assisted in insuring that the condo was spotless upon my arrival and even assisted in receiving some packages prior to my moving in.

Linda has a deep understanding of the condo community and the community of Fallbrook and has been very helpful to me to become part of this neighborhood.
